Zurück zum Admin (back to admin) in the top bar brings you back. No PIN or approval from the customer is needed. Open it with AdministrationIdentitätswechsel.

- Also visible
- Three users, one in a deleted account (struck through); Play icon at the end of each row you can take over

Find the user
Section titled “Find the user”Type into Suche. The table updates with every character. It lists each user whose user name or account name contains your text. User names are email addresses, so part of the address works best, such as hoffmann. Type in lower case, because the names are compared in lower case.
A user of a deleted account appears struck through and has no play icon. You can’t sign in as them.
Sign in as a customer
Section titled “Sign in as a customer”- Find the user and select the play icon at the end of their row.
- comrce cloudprint signs you in as that user and opens their start page. The top bar now shows the customer’s menu and their user name.
- Work in the account as the customer would: check Client- Aufträge (client jobs), Drucker (printers) or the settings.

- Zurück zum Admin
- Highlighted
- “Zurück zum Admin”: ends the identity change and signs you in as yourself
- Also visible
- Customer menu and the customer's user name in the top bar; The customer's start page with Accountstatus and pages per hour
- Purpose
- see what the customer sees, then return
While you act as the customer, you have their roles, not yours. Administration disappears from the top bar. Everything you change, you change in the customer’s account and in their name.
Two things are different from the customer’s own view:
- Zurück zum Admin in the top bar. It is shown only while you act as someone else.
- A download icon before the ID of each Service Client on Service- Clients. It asks the running Service Client to send its configuration and log. The screen shows no result and nothing downloads in the browser.
Return to your own account
Section titled “Return to your own account”Select Zurück zum Admin in the top bar. You are signed in as yourself again, and the start page opens. Select Administration to continue in the admin area.
The change of identity lasts until you select Zurück zum Admin or sign out. Reloading the page or closing the tab doesn’t end it.
What the customer notices
Section titled “What the customer notices”Nothing, as far as the code shows. comrce cloudprint sends the customer no email and shows them no notice. Their own sessions keep running as before. The change is written only to the server log, which the developers read.
