The Marketplace overview puts the whole Marketplace on one screen, in the order sellers see it in comrce Hub. Every section appears with its services and partners, next to the filter options and the translation status. Every Marketplace editor opens from here. Open it from Marketplace in the staff console.

  • See the whole Marketplace at once. Sections, services and partners appear as nested cards, with a counter line for sections, services, partners and filter options. The screen at a glance.
  • Create new items. Start a section, service, partner or filter option, or add one inside an existing card with its parent preselected. Create a new item · Managing Marketplace content.
  • Change the order sellers see. The up and down arrows move an item one place. Change the order.
  • Open an item’s editor. Each item has buttons that open its editor in a new tab. Open an editor.
  • Delete an item and everything under it. Deleting a section also removes its services and partners. Delete an item.
  • Check translations. A dot on the translations button means a language is missing Marketplace texts. Translating the Marketplace.
  • Work as a partner user. Users with the Marketplace Partner role see only their own partners here. Who sees what · What Marketplace partners manage themselves.

Titles in the tree use the Marketplace translation of your console language. Long texts are shortened: titles after 80 characters, descriptions after 360 and partner short descriptions after 180.

  1. To add a service to a section, use New service on that section card. To add a partner to a service, use New partner on the service panel. The form opens with the section or service already chosen.
  2. To start without a parent, use the buttons on top: New section, New service, New partner or New filter option.
  3. Fill in the form in the new tab and save it. The tab closes, and the overview reloads with the new item at the end of its list.

Example: to add the tax advisor Steuerkontor Hansen to VAT registration abroad, use New partner on that service panel. Section and service are filled in for you.

The up and down arrows move an item one place within its list. That is a section, a service in its section, a partner in its service, or a filter option. Each click saves immediately and shows "Marketplace items reordered.".

Nothing is lost by trying: the opposite arrow undoes a move. The first item’s up arrow and the last item’s down arrow are greyed out. Sellers see the same order in the Marketplace.

The Marketplace overview scrolled to the service "VAT registration abroad" in the section "Tax and accounting". Indented under the service are two partner rows, each labelled PARTNER: "Steuerkontor Hansen" with its short description about tax advisors in Hamburg, and "VATwise Partners", which shows a crossed-out eye icon because it is hidden from the Marketplace. Each partner row has up and down arrows, a Details button, a "Content" button, which is highlighted on the first row, and a red Delete button. Why does the overview show more than sellers see?

Section titled “Why does the overview show more than sellers see?”

The overview also lists hidden items, marked with a crossed-out eye, so you can prepare them. Sellers see only visible items. They also see only sections with services, and services with partners or the coming-soon mark.

Does moving an item up or down need a save?

Section titled “Does moving an item up or down need a save?”

No. Each arrow click on the Marketplace overview saves the new order and shows a confirmation. To undo a move, click the opposite arrow on the same item. Sellers see the new order when their Marketplace page next loads.

Can I move a service to another section from the overview?

Section titled “Can I move a service to another section from the overview?”

No. The arrows only change the order inside the current section. To move a service, open its Settings, choose another section and save. Its translations move with it.

What happens to partners when I delete a section?

Section titled “What happens to partners when I delete a section?”

They are deleted with it. Deleting a section removes its services, their partners with page content, logos and filter assignments. All their texts in every language go too. There is no restore, so hide the section in its settings if you might need it again.

What happens to sellers who installed a partner I delete?

Section titled “What happens to sellers who installed a partner I delete?”

Their installation of that partner is removed with the partner. The partner disappears from their Marketplace and from their installed partners.

Why can a partner user not see the section I just created?

Section titled “Why can a partner user not see the section I just created?”

Partner users only see visible sections and services, or ones that already contain one of their partners. A new section without services stays hidden from them. Add a visible service and keep the section visible.

Can a partner user reorder their partners?

Section titled “Can a partner user reorder their partners?”

No. Only Super Admin, Admin and Marketplace Editor users see the arrows. Partner users create, edit, translate and delete their own partners, but comrce decides the order.
