Why do I get this page and not the normal team member page?

Section titled “Why do I get this page and not the normal team member page?”

You are a Marketplace Editor. For that role, the team list opens Marketplace partner accounts on the partner user page, which shows their partner cards. Staff roles get the regular team member page with roles and two-factor settings.

How do I give a Marketplace partner a partner card?

Section titled “How do I give a Marketplace partner a partner card?”

Open the partner card in the Marketplace editor and choose the partner as owner there. The card then appears in the Listings list on the partner user page. This page itself cannot assign cards.

Why does a Marketplace partner have no listings?

Section titled “Why does a Marketplace partner have no listings?”

No partner card names the account as owner yet. Or a role change or a deletion removed the ownership. Set the partner as owner on the card in the Marketplace editor.

Can I change a Marketplace partner’s role here?

Section titled “Can I change a Marketplace partner’s role here?”

No. The partner user page has no role select. A Super Admin or Admin changes roles on the regular team member page. Any role other than Marketplace Partner removes the partner’s card ownership.

What happens to the partner’s cards when I delete the partner?

Section titled “What happens to the partner’s cards when I delete the partner?”

The cards stay in the Marketplace exactly as they are, but no longer have an owner. Choose a new owner on each card if someone should keep editing it.

How do I know the partner account was deleted?

Section titled “How do I know the partner account was deleted?”

After you confirm with Delete, the toast User deleted. appears. The partner’s tab closes, and the team list shows the account as Deleted.

The Logs tab from View Logs shows what the Marketplace partner did while signed in. Examples are partner card and partner page updates, logo uploads and sign-ins. Changes others made to the partner’s cards appear under those people.

Why can’t I change the user filter in the partner’s logs?

Section titled “Why can’t I change the user filter in the partner’s logs?”

For a Marketplace Editor, the user filter is locked to the partner you came from. The actor switch and the company filter are hidden. A Super Admin, Admin or Supporter can change every filter in the same tab.
