Working with the Hub Team

Everyone who works on the comrce side of comrce Hub has an account under Hub Team. That means staff, editors and Marketplace Partner accounts. This is where a new colleague gets access, and where you adjust it when their job changes. Customer users live under Users.

What you can do here

Concepts

Section titled “Concepts”
  • Staff roles and what they can do: the seven staff roles. It shows which roles each one may invite, change or delete.
  • Accounts join only by invitation. Each account has exactly one role.
  • A deleted account stays in the list, with its logs.

Who can use this

Section titled “Who can use this”
  • Read the team list: every staff role except News Editor and Marketplace Partner.
  • Invite people: Super Admin, Admin and Marketplace Editor.
  • As a Marketplace Editor, you see and invite only Marketplace partner accounts.

You need nothing else first: your role decides what you see.
