Working with companies

A customer calls and says “nothing works in our company”? Start in Companies. Here you find every customer company in comrce Hub, with its owner and members. Admins also change who belongs to a company, what members may do and who owns it.

A company has no status of its own: the owner’s membership status counts for the whole company. Each person belongs to a company through a separate membership. So one person can be active in one company and deactivated in another. A new company exists once its invited owner accepts the invitation.

Who can use this

• Read everything here: Partner, Supporter, Admin and Super Admin.
• Also open a company’s logs: Supporter and higher.
• Change, invite and export: only Admin and Super Admin.

The other staff roles don’t see this area. All you need is one of these roles.
