Complete a user deletion
When a customer deletes their own account, every Super Admin gets an email with a link to this page. One of you opens it and approves the deletion. The account is then deleted 21 days later, and until then the same link lets you cancel. The page has no menu entry and opens only for the Super Admin role.

Section titled “How a deletion reaches you”- The customer requests deletion in the settings of their customer area. They confirm it through the link in the email comrce Hub sends them.
- comrce Hub then emails every Super Admin a link to this page for that user. Nothing has been deleted yet.
- One of you opens the link, signs in if needed, and approves or leaves the request.
Complete a customer’s account deletion
Section titled “Complete a customer’s account deletion”The email says a customer confirmed their deletion and action is required? This is the step. Approving deletes nothing yet: the data stays until the scheduled date, and you can cancel until then.
- Open the link from the email. The page shows Confirm user deletion with the user’s email address.
- Check the address against the request, then select Confirm deletion.
- The page reloads and shows Cancel user deletion. The account is now marked for deletion.
From this moment:
- The account is scheduled for deletion at the end of the grace period.
- Every company the user owns is blocked at once. Its members can no longer sign in to it or switch to it. The memberships keep their status.
- The companies the user owns disappear from the Companies list in the console.
- The user stays in the Users list, marked as scheduled for deletion. Their tab shows the planned deletion date (A customer user’s details).
- The Logs record the approval as User marked for deletion with your email address.
You cannot approve the deletion of your own account.
Cancel a deletion
Section titled “Cancel a deletion”- Open the same link again. For a marked account, the page shows Cancel user deletion.
- Select Cancel deletion.
- The page reloads and shows Confirm user deletion again. The mark is gone.

After the deletion
Section titled “After the deletion”comrce Hub carries out deletions in a nightly run at midnight UTC, for every account whose grace period has passed. The run does the following:
- It removes the user’s roles and sets all their memberships to Deleted.
- It replaces their personal data with placeholders.
- It does the same with the company they own. Its name, logo, VAT ID, phone number and address are overwritten, and all its members’ memberships are deleted.
After that, the link no longer finds the user. The page shows the heading Confirm user deletion with Failed to load user information. Please try again. and no buttons:

Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Where do I find this page in the console?

Is the account deleted when I select Confirm deletion?
Section titled “Is the account deleted when I select Confirm deletion?”No. Approving marks the account and schedules the deletion 21 days later. What happens to the companies the user owns?
Section titled “What happens to the companies the user owns?”Approval blocks those companies at once: their members can no longer sign in to them or switch to them. The companies also leave the Companies list. When the deletion runs, the company’s data is replaced by placeholders and all its memberships are deleted.
Can I cancel after the 21 days?
Section titled “Can I cancel after the 21 days?”No. After the scheduled date, cancelling no longer works. That holds even if the nightly run has not processed the account yet. The status line on the user’s tab under Users shows the planned deletion date.
Why does the page say I have no permission?
Section titled “Why does the page say I have no permission?”The page is only for staff with the Super Admin role. Other staff roles see a no-permission message. Forward the email to a colleague with that role, who can approve or cancel the deletion.
