Administrative Statistiken (administrative statistics) shows how the whole comrce cloudprint platform is doing. It counts accounts, printed pages, money, plans and the turnover trend. It covers every customer account. Open it with AdministrationStatistik. Only a Systemadministrator sees it.

The comrce cloudprint page "Administrative Statistiken" with figures across all customer accounts. The first row, "Aktive Accounts in 24 Stunden", is highlighted and shows 148. Below follow "Aktive Accounts in 7 Tagen" 212, "Accounts im Testzeitraum" 37, "Neue Accounts in 7 Tagen" 9, printed pages for 24 hours, 7 and 30 days, the net invoice total 6.842,50 €, the net paid total 6.215,30 € and "Zahlungseingang in 30 Tagen" 7.396,21 €. Then come the active plans by name, such as Startup: 96, and new accounts per month as 2025.04: 14.
Statistik counts activity, printed pages, money and plans across every comrce cloudprint account.

Every figure is calculated when the page opens, from the live data. Reload the page to update it.

FigureWhat it counts
Aktive Accounts in 24 Stunden (active accounts in 24 hours)Accounts that started at least one print job in that time
Aktive Accounts in 7 Tagen (active accounts in 7 days)The same for the longer window
Accounts im Testzeitraum (accounts in the trial period)Accounts whose billing hasn’t started yet, without deleted accounts
Neue Accounts in 7 Tagen (new accounts in 7 days)Accounts created in that time, without deleted accounts
Gedruckte Seiten in 24 Stunden, Gedruckte Seiten in 7 Tagen, Gedruckte Seiten in 30 Tagen (printed pages)The pages of every print job started in that time

A print job is what a pipeline receives, such as a label from Billbee. One job with three pages counts as 3 pages, however often it is printed. A new comrce Hub customer starts with a trial of one month. So a company that signed up last week counts as new and as an account in the trial period.

FigureWhat it counts
Netto Rechnungssumme in 30 Tagen (net invoice total)Net total of all invoices dated within the last month
Netto Bezahlsumme in 30 Tagen (net paid total)Net total of the invoices paid within the last month
Zahlungseingang in 30 Tagen (payments received)The amounts actually paid on those invoices, gross

The labels say 30 days, but comrce cloudprint counts back one calendar month from now. On 10 March that is everything since 10 February, 28 days.

FigureWhat it shows
Aktive Abos (active plans)Accounts past their trial, by plan name, such as Startup: 96
Abos im Test (plans in the trial)Accounts still in the trial that already chose a plan, by plan name
Neue Accounts pro Monat (new accounts per month)Accounts created per month, over the last 13 months, deleted ones included
Transitions pro Monat (transitions per month)Accounts whose billing started in that month with a paid plan
Netto- Rechnungssumme pro Monat (net invoice total per month)Net total of the invoices dated in each month

Months are written 2026.03. The current month is always incomplete. Transitions pro Monat can also list next month. A trial account with a paid plan counts in the month its billing starts.

The card Durchschnittlicher Tagesumsatz 90 Tage rolierend (average daily turnover, 90 days rolling) draws one line per month. It starts with the month three months ago and ends today.

Each point takes the net total paid in the three months before that day. It divides it by the days in that period. The axis “Tag” is the day of the month, the axis “Umsatz” the amount in euros.

Example: take day 05 of the line 03.2026. It is the net total paid from 5 December to 5 March, divided by 90. A flat line means steady income. A line that drops means fewer payments came in over the last three months.

The page has no buttons, filters or settings. Two behaviours are worth knowing.

Where

Aktive Abos and Abos im Test in the upper table.

What

Each line is a plan name with the number of accounts on it. Old and new versions of a plan carry the same name, for example Startup. When accounts sit on two plans with the same name, the whole page stays empty. See Troubleshooting.

Why

Plans are the basis for billing questions, so you compare them often.

Where

The box “Legend” right of the chart.

What

Names one colour per month. Point at a month to highlight its line.

Why does “in 30 Tagen” not match my own 30-day count?

Section titled “Why does “in 30 Tagen” not match my own 30-day count?”

comrce cloudprint counts the three money figures back one calendar month from the moment you open Administrative Statistiken. In a month after February that can be 28 or 31 days instead of 30.

Does an active account mean a customer printed on paper?

Section titled “Does an active account mean a customer printed on paper?”

No. Aktive Accounts in 24 Stunden counts accounts that started a print job, for example when Billbee sent a label. Whether the printer then printed it, the figure doesn’t show. Check the customer’s jobs while signed in as them, see Change identity.

Why does a customer in the trial not appear under Abos im Test?

Section titled “Why does a customer in the trial not appear under Abos im Test?”

Abos im Test lists only accounts that already chose a plan. A company that signed up through comrce Hub and never opened its account settings has no plan yet. It still counts in Accounts im Testzeitraum.

Why do the numbers differ from what a customer sees on their start page?

Section titled “Why do the numbers differ from what a customer sees on their start page?”

The start page of a customer shows only their own account and their billing period. Administrative Statistiken adds up every account on the platform and counts by calendar time. To compare, look at the customer’s own figures while signed in as them, see Change identity.

Partly. Accounts im Testzeitraum and Neue Accounts in 7 Tagen leave accounts marked for deletion out. Neue Accounts pro Monat still counts them in the month they were created.

Can I filter the figures by company or date?

Section titled “Can I filter the figures by company or date?”

No. Administrative Statistiken has no filters. It always shows the whole platform up to the moment you open it. For one account, use Accounts.

Net. Each point of Durchschnittlicher Tagesumsatz 90 Tage rolierend uses the net totals of paid invoices. Only Zahlungseingang in 30 Tagen shows gross amounts, the money actually received on those invoices.

Why does Transitions pro Monat show next month?

Section titled “Why does Transitions pro Monat show next month?”

A trial account that already chose a paid plan counts in the month its billing starts. If that month is next month, it shows up there in advance.

The entry and the figures are for the comrce cloudprint role Systemadministrator only. A Supporter doesn’t see the entry, and the page stays empty if they open its address. Ask a colleague with database access to grant the role.

SymptomWhat to check
The page shows the labels but no numbersYour role: without Systemadministrator, comrce cloudprint refuses the figures. With the role: accounts may sit on two plans that share a name, such as the old and the new Startup. Then the calculation fails as a whole. Report it to the developers.
A figure looks too low after midnightNothing is wrong. The 24-hour and 7-day figures count back from the moment you opened the page, not from midnight.
The chart has fewer days in the current monthThe current month ends today.
A plan you expect is missing from Aktive AbosThe list shows only plans with at least one account past its trial. Accounts still in the trial appear under Abos im Test, and only once they chose a plan.
